Blair started Weaver Construction in 1985 and has successfully completed projects in the retail, medical, commercial office, automotive service, residential, and manufacturing markets. With a B.S. in Geology from Texas A&M Commerce, Blair has a unique understanding of soils and bearing strata that he brings to subgrade preparation and providing solid building foundations.
Cindy has been a practicing accountant in North Texas since obtaining her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas. Her accounting background includes work at MEMC Southwest – a subsidiary of Texas Instruments, Select Energy, and Douglass Distributing.

After graduating with a B.S. in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University, David spent 12 years working on large scale commercial construction projects with two national and international general contractors throughout the State of Texas. David has worked in the corporate office, healthcare, retail, higher education, hospitality, and major sporting event market sectors on a variety of projects in different capacities.
Kyle graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Agriculture and Applied Economics. Kyle managed commercial cattle operations in the Texas Panhandle and in Arizona before returning to North Texas.
